The project included: setting up a Fixed Asset Package running on Tetraplan.  This involved reconciliation to prior year balance sheet, organising input of asset details, parallel running and instructing permanent staff in its operation.  

The next project was credit control which involved leading a team, proving outstanding debts and arranging payments.  Following this, day-to-day control of the sales ledger function was also taken over.
