project included:
working with the Managing Director and the Financial Director
on an Activity Based Cost analysis. Canvassing senior managers opinions
as to the best way of apportioning costs, collection of statistics to
enable apportionment of costs, agreement with both directors on appropriate rules
of apportionment.
Developing a reporting
structure for the ABC analysis using Microsoft Access. |
